  I purchased a 8 week old rabbit yesterday and was assured and told by your staff that she would get along with my other rabbit at home. Unfortunately they did not get along at all so I decided to message your page on Facebook and clearly asked if I brought the rabbit back in the next day I would get a refund and I was told yes that is fine. I took back the rabbit the next day and of course as soon as I told them that I was returning her and wanting a refund they rudely replied that I could only get 50% back of my $85 as she could have been sold in the time we had her at home. Then I was told that I could speak to the owner of the store and she Rudely denied to speak to us. Do not ever purchase an animal from this pet store they only care about the money and not the animals.

  Appalled at the state of most animal enclosures. Most, if not ALL fish tanks were over-crowded. There are dead fish in the bottom of some tanks. The fighting fish in tiny plastic boxes up near the counter all look near-dead. Unhappy that they only stock plastic fish tank plants, not fabric. This is dangerous for the fish as they can cut their fins and bodies on the sharp plastic. English boxer puppies were far too skinny, one boxer was missing fur on the top of its head, all dogs were covered in bird poo as they have birds that are out and free to fly around the store. These bids have only one wing clipped and all of the feathers on the wing were cut, not just the four flight feathers as you are supposed to. Other bird cages are not secured properly as the food and water dish openings aren't locked or closed properly in any way so padlocks on the big doors are pointless. Will never spend money here or support this pet store in any way. If you are looking for pets in the Macarthur area, give these guys a miss, Macarthur Pets is far better in all areas including customer service, animal treatment and knowledge about the animals.

  I tried to buy a dog. It was confirmed and then they started making it almost impossible to pick up the dog and then all of a sudden i wasn't allowed to buy the dog. I am very sad and so disappointed. I wrote a Facebook review and then they retaliated by leaving me a one star on my business Facebook account. How unprofessional and nasty. I have bought 2 dogs from them before plus numerous other items. I will never be returning
